Game Recap
The Rocks win the CBJ Cup! Cam Fiorita started the scoring from a Mat Riley pass, to give the Rocks a 1-0 lead. Upper Arlington came right back to tie it up. Later in the period the Rocks took a 5 minute major penalty to put them down a man for the rest of the first period, it did not stop Kyle Talebi from stealing the puck in the UA zone and depositing the puck in the back of the net. Rocks ended the first period with a 2-1 lead. The second period found Luke Babner tipping a Ryan Turk shot from the point. It gave the Rocks a 3-1 lead. The third period found the Rocks happy to keep the puck away from goalie Grant Powell, until Mike Aman took the puck from the defensive end to the back of the UA goalie and gave A nice pass to Luke Babner for his second goal of the game. The game ended with gloves and sticks in the air as the celebration began on the 4-1 WIN!
