Coffman (4-0) jumped out to a 35-0 halftime lead and cruised to a 49-0 victory.
The Shamrocks outgained the Wildcats 542-64 and amassed an advantage of 30 first downs to two.
Conor Matthews and Mason Maggs combined to pass for 337 yards and a pair of TDs, and Bryon Threats ran for 73 yards and two scores and also caught a TD pass to pace Coffman.
The rout marked the first time in 204 games that Davidson had allowed more than 40 points in a game.
