Mandatory Parent of Athlete Video

Because there is no longer a required parent meeting, all parents of athletes must watch a  video, and then sign on the required forms electronically. The video and forms can be found at this site: https://wwwfm.dublinschools.net/signatures/myaccount.php

Parents will still need to go the Parent Dashboard https://dashboard.dublinschools.net/parents/ to complete the Eligibility and Athletic Responsibility forms and update the EMA form if there are changes.

Please log in and complete these requirements as soon as possible to ensure your student-athlete is permitted to participate.
