Meet Recap

The Dublin Coffman Girl’s Swim Team finished first at their Sectional Meet, outscoring 10 other Division I teams. Hannah Bailey was Sectional winner in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Breaststroke. Kristyn Sabol was sectional champion in the 200 Freestyle. The 200 Free Relay team of Hannah Bailey, Kristyn Sabol, Grace O’Banion, and Eeshaa Mehta also took first place. Additionally, Coffman girls set 4 meet/pool records and broke several Coffman records. Nine girls have qualified to swim at Districts on Feb. 18th at OSU.

The Dublin Coffman Boy’s Swim Team finished 3rd at their Sectional. Eddie Michael was Sectional winner in the 100 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke. Brendan Oshida was Sectional winner in the 500 Freestyle. Also finishing first was the 400 Freestyle relay of Owen McQuaid, Zak Birnbrich, Andy Shepard, and Eddie Michael. Ten boys have qualified to swim at Districts on Feb. 18th at OSU.
