Field Hockey Wins Again

The Coffman Field Hockey team won their 5th straight game with a 4-0 win over Jerome Wednesday night. The Rocks improved their record to 14-2 on the season! Leading the way for the Rocks was Claire Frient with 3 goals and one assist. Claire now has the season record with 20 goals and the career record with 32. Izzy Fry added her 10th goal of the season to put the Rocks on top in the 1st quarter. Mary Garcia contributed her team leading 15th assist this season and 28th of her career. Kate Straka and Sydney Dues also added assists for the Rocks. Freshman Mara O’Sullivan recorded her 10 th shutout in goal this season. The defense was led by seniors Faye Mossman and Ava Westmeyer. The Rocks play their final two regular season games on Saturday at Oakwood and Monday at Berlin.
