Dublin Coffman Shamrocks Varsity Drops Game To Brunswick After Late Score Dublin Coffman Shamrocks Varsity stayed in it until the end, but Brunswick pulled away late in a 14-1 victory on Saturday. The game was tied at one with Brunswick batting in the top of the fourth when Jared Vance doubled off of Blake Baldridge, driving in two runs. Jeremy Karthan earned the win for Brunswick. He tossed five innings, surrendering one run, four hits, striking out five, and walking zero. Blake Baldridge took the loss for Dublin Coffman Shamrocks Varsity. He threw three and two-thirds innings, surrendering eight runs, seven hits, striking out three, and walking zero. Trent Jester went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Dublin Coffman Shamrocks Varsity in hits. Brunswick collected ten hits. Mike Williams and Cameron Sasala each collected multiple hits for Brunswick.
