BOYS LAX VS JEROME FRIDAY

The Rocks defeated Medina 14-8 Tuesday night to advance to the Regional Finals.

Medina came out strong and played a physical game to jump out to a 2-1 lead halfway through the first quarter. Coffman settled down to take a 3-2 lead after the first quarter and then outscored Medina 6-0 in the second quarter to lead 9-2 at halftime.Nick Harris, Evan James and Will Hunter all scored 3 goals each for Coffman. Hassan Radda and Ethan Tyack found the back of the net twice each and Peter Tyack added one. Sean McCourt recorded 10 saves in goal for The Rocks. Coffman will now face Jerome in the Regional Final.  The winner will advance to the state Final 4.
