BASEBALL GOES 3-0 ON SPRING TRIP

The Varsity baseball team traveled to Lake Hartwell, South Carolina this past week. Over break, they competed in 3 games:

The Rocks defeated Westside High School by a score of 6-1, while Andrew Rust collected the win and Kyle Warnsman earned the Save.

In the second game of the trip, The Rocks beat West Oak High School by a score of 9-3. Mason Charlton earned his first varsity while Cole Stephens got his first Varsity appearance in relief.

To round out the trip, the Rocks defeated Pendleton High School by a score of 11-3, with Kyle Warnsman earning the Win. Adam Grzywinski saw his first varsity action on the mound and Zach Rust closed for the Rocks. Michael Meyer was 5-5 at the plate on the evening and Zach Rust hit a solo home run in the 7th.

The Rocks return to action this week with a record of 3-0.
